By accessing this website or purchasing artwork through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Artwork and Products

All artwork, art prints, photographs, images, designs, written content, and other creative material displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Minami Morris unless otherwise stated.

Because artwork is reproduced through digital printing, the colours and appearance of a physical print may vary slightly from the image displayed on your screen.

2. Purchases

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • You have reviewed the artwork, size, quantity, and product information before purchasing

  • You understand the applicable shipping and returns policies

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed where applicable.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork on this website is protected by copyright.

Copyright in the artwork remains with Minami Morris at all times.

Purchasing an original artwork or art print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or any other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical item you purchased only.

It does not give you ownership of the underlying artwork or permission to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative versions of the artwork.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from Minami Morris, you may not:

  • Reproduce the artwork

  • Scan or digitally reproduce the artwork

  • Make additional prints or copies

  • Create digital or downloadable versions

  • Upload artwork for redistribution

  • Sell or distribute reproductions

  • Use artwork for commercial purposes

  • Use artwork on merchandise

  • Use artwork in advertising or branding

  • Use artwork for packaging or promotional materials

  • Modify artwork to create derivative works

  • License or sublicense artwork

  • Remove artist attribution or copyright information

  • Use artwork in connection with AI training, datasets, image-generation systems, or machine-learning purposes

These restrictions apply to artwork purchased directly from me as well as images of artwork obtained from this website.

Personal Display

Purchasers may display their purchased physical artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Customers may photograph their artwork for personal use or share photographs of their artwork on social media, provided that the artwork is not being reproduced or commercially exploited.

Artist's Rights

Minami Morris retains the right to photograph, reproduce, publish, display, promote, and otherwise use images of artwork, including artwork that has been sold, for artistic, portfolio, exhibition, editorial, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial Licensing

If you would like to use my artwork for commercial purposes, licensing, merchandise, publication, advertising, branding, or any other use beyond personal display, please contact me for written permission.

No commercial license is granted through the purchase of a physical print.

5. All Sales Final

All sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases except where required by applicable law.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside my control.

7. International Orders

Customers purchasing from outside Japan are responsible for ensuring that their order can legally be imported into their destination country.

Customers are also responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. Third-Party Services

This website may use third-party services including Squarespace, Stripe, shipping providers, analytics services, and other providers necessary to operate the website and online shop.

Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Website Content

I make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this website is accurate and current.

However, occasional errors or inaccuracies may occur.

I reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, availability, website content, and other information at any time.

10. Orders and Availability

I reserve the right to limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Product availability issues

  • Incorrect product information

  • Circumstances outside my reasonable control

If I cancel an order after payment has been received, I will return the amount paid for that cancelled order where required by applicable law.

11. Circumstances Beyond My Control

I am not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control, including postal delays, customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
